“Many of the students attending this year’s tour will enroll as a college freshman in one of the outstanding programs offered by a Historically Black College or University,” Superintendent Ladd said. “These colleges not only provide exceptional academic preparation, but they also offer financial assistance and scholarship opportunities to students who may not otherwise be able to attend college.”
