13. Captions. Article and paragraph captions are not a part hereof.
14. Waivers. No waiver by Landlord of any provision hereof shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision hereof or of any subsequent breach by Tenant of the same or any other provision. Landlord’s consent to or approval of any act shall not be deemed to render unnecessary the obtaining of Landlord’s consent to or approval of any subsequent act by the Tenant.
15. Authority. Each party represents and warrants that it has full right, title, authority and capacity to execute and perform this Lease and the individual(s) who on each party’s behalf execute and deliver the Lease are and shall be duly authorized to do so.
16. Choice of Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
17. No Assignment by Tenant. Tenant shall not assign its interests under this Lease without the specific prior written consent of the Landlord.
