The Senior Resource Group
Primary responsibilities included development support and implementing change requests to solutions, including working directly on a custom web application, a framework based content management system, MySQl management and development of several online environments (test, production). Work was done in a results driven environment, within a goal oriented field.
Worked closely with my immediate supervisor via spoken word and Asana as a change request/project management tool. Directly communicated with business owners about needs and assisted in solving problems. Spoke with and contacted clients directly to solve their portal related problems. Also directly communicated with all personnel in the office, gathering information for the portal or solving various IT issues throughout the office, including networking, hardware, OS, general troubleshooting.
Assisted and implemented with all online communications, including creating monthly newsletters, mass email templates, including working on both design and code.
