We are honored to welcome you to Community Choice Credit Union and are excited to let you know your new Community Choice Visa® Business Platinum credit card will be mailed in early May 2017. In late May, your Michigan Community Business MasterCard will be discontinued, and any balance remaining on your Michigan Community card will be transferred over to your new Community Choice Visa Business Platinum credit card.
Important changes to your account terms The following is a summary of changes being made to your account terms.
Transactions made on or after May 19, 2017: As of May 19, 2017, any changes to APRs described below will apply to these transactions.
Transactions made before May 19, 2017: Current APRs will continue to apply to these transactions.
You have the right to reject these changes, unless you become more than 60 days late on your account. However, if you do reject these changes, you will not be able to use your account for new transactions. We kindly request that you notify us if you would like to reject these changes by May 18, 2017; you may reach us by calling 877.243.2528 ext. 1948 or emailing us at CCCUVISA@CommunityChoiceCU.com.

Credit card number and PIN: You’ll receive a new credit card number and instructions to select your own PIN in early May 2017. Please activate your new card on Sunday, May 21, 2017.
Cash advance fee: Changing to $10 or 4%, whichever is greater.
Balance transfer fee: Changing to $10 or 2%, whichever is greater.
Cash advance abilities: You will no longer be able to perform a cash advance from your credit card utilizing online banking. To complete a cash advance, please bring your card to a branch near you. Please note, the new cash advance fee will be in effect.
Over limit fee: Over limit coverage and the associated fee will be discontinued.
Due date change: Your current due date is the 25th of the month. Your last payment due the 25th will be May 25, 2017. The new due date will be the 1st of each month, starting with July 1, 2017.
Variable rate: As described above, new purchases will be subject to a variable rate APR. However, if your new rate is lower than your current rate, you will enjoy the lower variable APR on your entire outstanding balance.
Minimum payment: Decreasing from $35 to $25, or 2% of the balance, whichever is greater.
Penalty APR: No penalty APR. Discontinued as of May 19, 2017.
Michigan Community’s online banking will be replaced with Community Choice’s e-Banking: Beginning May 25, 2017, you can check your balance, review statements, make payments and update your personal information in the Visa tab within e-Banking at CommunityChoiceCU.com. If you want to download any history from Michigan Community’s online banking, please do this prior to May 15, 2017. Moving forward, you’ll begin to accumulate history in the Visa tab.

Free worldwide automatic Travel Accident and Baggage Delay Insurance: Up to $1,000,000.
Free Visa enhancements services: Travel Emergency and Assistance Coverage, Warranty Manager and Auto Rental Collision waiver.
Auto pay: Monthly automatic payments can be set up from any financial institution.
Visa alerts: Enroll to receive emails and/or text messages for certain transaction types and dollar amounts.
Visa mobile application: Make payments, check balances, review your activity and report your card lost or stolen all from the convenience of your smartphone.
Apple PayTM, Samsung PayTM, Android PayTM, and Google WalletTM: Take advantage of the latest forms of payment technology.
What must I do?
Please activate your Community Choice Visa Business Platinum credit card on May 21, 2017, by following the instructions that accompany the card.
