  • Processed orders to ILECS for DS0, DS1 and Ethernet circuits via ILEC ordering systems (CAFÉ, LENS, WISE, CSG, ARMS, IRES, WEBLEX, PRIME ACCESS).

  • Effectively communicate with different internal and external departments to ensure a timely delivery of the customer’s circuit.

  • Follow up with ILECS service departments to resolve valid and invalid clarifications or rejections on circuit orders.

  • Escalate expedited orders to the proper departments internally and externally in order to ensure circuit delivery in a specified timeframe.
