While there is no formula that guarantees the success of a nonprofit organization, there are many elements that contribute to an organization's prosperity. There are also signs that should alert you to the fact that the organization may not fully achieve its mission.
This workshop will identify ten building blocks that you can use to build a sound foundation for success. It will also address red flags that could undermine your success!
