CRAB IN THE CAVE
The fund raising committee will be meeting every week until the March 25 event. We need silent and live raffle items and most importantly need to sell the 150 tickets. All members are asked to buy or sell at least two tickets. Please ask your friends and business associates to buy tickets and direct others to the Kenwood Press or the Brown Paper Ticket site
NAME BADGES
We seem to be missing many of your club name badges. Please try to find yours at home or in the car or let Kathleen know so we may order you a new one.
OUR NEW HOME
We have changed our meeting schedule to twice a month and are meeting at the Kenwood Depot 314 Warm Springs Road in Kenwood on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. We will still be meeting from 5:30-7:00 and will be there until further notice.
DUNBAR FOOD PROGRAM
The program provides food help for 24 kids and their families every Friday at Dunbar Elementary. They probably would have nothing to eat for the weekend except for what we are giving them from the food bank.
We need help in moving the food on Fridays from Sonoma Boys and Girls Club in Sonoma to Dunbar School from 1:00 to 3:00 as well as staffing the 4:00-5:00 shift to hand out the bags.

THESE WEEKS SPEAKERS
County Supervisor Susan Gorin was our fill in speaker this week.
The Women’s March around the country and world is the first mass organized demonstration since the Viet Nam war in the sixties with millions turning out in large and small cities and in red and blue states to not roll back the progress made since the 60’s in women’s, gay, and immigrant rights.
She is working on coming together programs for our community with focus on children education. Climate change and challenges.
The Board is working on transitional housing for the homeless along with AAA program, education, and health. They are hoping to open a 100 unit housing for women with children.
