XRCVC Associate Programme

Do you have time which you always wanted to put to productive use which may also make a difference, but did not know where to start?

Every time you thought of volunteering at an NGO and were not able to find a place or if found a place not found work that meets your interest and need?

The Xavier’s Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged (XRCVC), St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai (Autonomous) (www.xrcvc.org) is extending an invitation to the talent pool in Mumbai to associate with some of its projects.

At the XRCVC we strongly believe that committed motivated individuals willing to drive projects contribute most to effective social change. We feel that there is a large pool of talented individuals in the city – be it students, between job and at home professionals and talented individuals, retired experts and others whose productivity is underutilised.

At the XRCVC we are always keen to do something new, peg an extra mile on our road to inclusion, but our staff strength limits us from saying yes to as many things as we would like to. That is what has inspired us to start the XRCVC Associate Programme (XAP).
