KANA Software – 2004-2010 Program/Project Manager
Managed over 30 strategy and product implementation projects for large clients. This included developing strategy assessments, resource planning, delivery and configuration management, risk management and release management.
Program managed several large client initiatives for software implementation, strategy consultant and release and product management.
Managed project teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and met the project’s scope
specifications.
Developed and maintained budgets with projects ranging from hundred-thousand dollars to several million dollar projects.
Worked internationally managing a software implementation between companies from two different countries.
Accenture – 2000-2004 Sr. Consultant
Integration Lead and Project Manager for a large business application project that consolidated into one front door application.
Led design sessions in order to define business requirements and interface documentation.
Led a team of software developers in the creation of a browser-based, “thin-client” front-end application to be used by the call center advocates to interface with a new billing system.
Developed and delivered a project orientation and Java fundamentals training class which was presented to the new team members.
