Lower percentage of Montenegrins access internet in the household via mobile phone compared to EU inhabitants as well (EU - 15%, Montenegro - 12%). Almost twice lower percentage of households in Montenegro accesses internet via lap top then in EU (percentage in EU 42%, and in MNE 24%).
