Media PlanThe ACC Tournament will attract media from all over the country with a focus in the Southeastern U.S. The plan presented below encompasses all media that will be present at the tournament. Television The game will be broadcast by the ACC network in the local markets and televised nationally by ESPN for those outside the ACC footprint. - ACC Network - ESPN

Locally it will be presented on each school’s radio affiliate and nationally the championship will air on ESPN radio. - ESPN Radio - ACC School’s radio affiliates
The entire tournament will be streamed live on ESPN3 (except in local markets) due to the exclusive deal between ESPN and the ACC. Locally the game will be available to be streamed online through the ACC all access package. The ACC Twitter feed with end all Tweets with a hashtag promoting its partnership with Hardees. - ESPN3 - ACC All Access Hospitality and PromotionHospitality -Hardee’s will be given one VIP suite which holds up to 16 spectators. Provided with the suite will be 8 VIP parking passes. Included in the VIP suite will be complementary food and drinks. Hardees will be provided as well as local NC style BBQ from fellow co-sponsor. - A luncheon will be held on the Wednesday before the tournament in which all corporate sponsors are invited to attend. The highest-ranking attending member will be given a commemorative plaque in honor of attending and sponsoring our event. This luncheon will be held in the Greensboro Coliseum and four employees are invited to attend. - Discounted tickets will be available for Hardee’s employees. A discount of 20% will be available upon checkout when buying through ticketmaster.com - Discounted hotel rates are also available for all Hardee’s employees. A discount of 15% will be available when booking with any Holiday Inn in the Greensboro/High Point area. - Free shuttle service from Holiday Inn in Greensboro to downtown Greensboro on Friday and Saturday nights - Free shuttle from Holiday Inn in Greensboro to Greensboro Coliseum before and after each session Signage Prior to Game - Major exits surrounding Greensboro Coliseum will have billboards advertising ACC tournament with Hardee’s logo prominently displayed. These signs will be located at the two exits off of Interstate 40, which lead to the Greensboro Coliseum. An additional two billboards will be put at both the easternmost and westernmost points of Greensboro on I-40. During Tournament - Hardees will have large vinyl sticker placed in main entrance of Greensboro Coliseum. (60x90) - Ribbon boards inside Greensboro coliseum will have permanent Hardee’s logo on edges directly beside score and time of game. (4x6) - At main gates a banner will be hung with Hardee’s logo present (5x13) 
Promotional Activities Hardees T-shirt Toss During each game at the 12 minute first half media timeout 10 Hardee’s T-shirts will be tossed to fans attending the games. Inside one of these shirts will be a 5 dollar gift card to Hardee’s Promotional Tents Two tents will be set up, one at ACC Fanfest and one inside the arena. At these tents different games will be played and winners will receive random gift cards worth as much as fifty dollars. Participants who do not win will receive a Hardee’s koozie or other Hardee’s apparel. These tents will have samplings of new and potential menu items. Hardee’s Half Court Heave One student will be selected to shoot a half court shot at halftime of the championship game with a chance to receive a scholarship. The student will be selected from the names that have been registered with the different promotional tents. Hardee’s MVP of the game During the game fans will be asked to text their favorite players to (336) 919-1872. At the conclusion of each game votes will be tallied and that player will be named the Hardee’s MVP of the game. Hardee’s Thickburger eating competition Fans will be picked from the Hardee’s promotional tent to participate in a Hardee’s Thickburger competition. They will then participate in the competition during the first media timeout of each game. Winners will receive a $50 gift card to Hardee’s or a chance to win tickets to next years ACC Tournament.
