EDUCATIONAL AIM

The course of Advanced Corporate Finance completes the theoretical arguments seen in the basic finance course and gives the foundations of specific issues as derivatives usage, international financial complexities and firm valuation methods with the objective of preparing the student for careers of financial nature in corporations or for careers in the investment banks or consulting firms that advise these corporations.

EDUCATIONAL AIM

The course aims at furnishing a general picture of the functions and responsibilities which could and should be attributed to the European level of government according to the main principles of the fiscal federalism theory
