EDUCATIONAL AIM

The course aims at deepen the monetary mechanisms and the features of the European Monetary Union’s financial integration.

The course will focus on: a) macroeconomic models used to explain the sustainability and the functionment of the currency areas. b) the features of the monetary and the fiscal policy in the European monetary union. c)the effects of financial integration, both European and international, on the stability of the Euro.
