• but there has been certain periods of anarchy in history and certain traits of international society where certain principle that institutions were established, helping us understand our current anarchical international society, emerging in
1648
• in ancient periods : small examples very small examples of international societies were more or less equal groups equal in theory, not in power
• equal groups, certain city states shared certain and cultural training similar certain principles made certain practices in their daily lives making us think there was an international society This brought us to the Constitution, colonisation, consolidation of today's anarchical international society (meaning 20th century. In world history we have many different periods many different practices. We have empires tied into making empires, we have city states, we have tribal networks. But once we established as the international system, being based on the European example - the emergence of nation states, They are just partial to the rest of the world through different means, colonisation or imperialism and came in time to dominate and became the major characteristic of our understanding.
