SIXTH, I give and bequeath to my sister, Frances Howard one clock. SEVENTH, I constitute and appoint my friend James M. Howard Executor of this last will and testament, this 26th day of July 1848. Signed , sealed, declared and published by Mary Dominey as her last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers, who subscribed and our names herein as to witness in the presence of the said testatrix, one of each other, this 26th, day of July 1848.

Mary Dominey..
"Pioneers of Wiregrass Georgia" lists under John Dorminy of Irwin County that he had a son "Andrew" who was not mentioned in his will by oversight. He died it said in 1846 age about 51 and he left two minor children, Elsie and Elizabeth Dorminy: Ransom Paine of Wilkinson County, became their guardian, and they went there to live with him and his family after their father's death.

This is probably the Andrew that Folks Huxford in the "Pioneers of Wiregrass Georgia" thought was a son of John Dorminy, but he had the lineage mixed up. Andrew was definitely a son of Frederick.
