Career Highlights:Mike Eruzione, one of the most recognizable names in both Olympic and hockey history, is one of only five players to have played in all 22 Celebrity Golf Championships at Edgewood Tahoe (1990 – 2011)…The dynamic captain of the gold medal-winning 1980 United States Hockey Team, Eruzione scored the winning goal in the semi-final game against the powerful Soviet Union team – often referred to as the famous “Miracle on Ice” game in Lake Placid, New York...The U.S. Olympic team went on to defeat Finland in the gold medal game, a victory that helped lift the spirit of the entire country during a difficult time…Eruzione’s winning goal is one of the most played highlights in American sports, and was voted the greatest highlight of all time by ESPN viewers in March 2010…The Olympic victory was named Sports Illustrated’s Greatest Sports Moment of the Century…Eruzione is a member of the Boston University Athletic Hall of Fame, Olympic Hall of Fame, U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame and the Italian-American Hall of Fame...In the past, he also has worked for both NBC and ABC as a hockey commentator at the past five Olympic Games…Along with his 1980 teammates, he had the honor of lighting the cauldron with the Olympic flame at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City…While at Boston University, Eruzione captained the hockey team his senior year and finished his college career as the third leading scorer in BU history…His team won four Eastern Collegiate Championships…After his playing days, Eruzione was an assistant coach with the BU hockey team, working under his college coach, Jack Parker, during the Terriers’ 1995 national championship season…Eruzione currently serves as Director of Special Outreach for Boston University Athletics and also travels throughout the country representing corporations as their spokesperson or motivational speaker…He is actively involved with fundraising efforts for the Olympic Committee, as well as numerous charitable and youth organizations…He is also part-owner of the United States Hockey League (USHL) Lanchers franchise in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Career Highlights:His combination of speed, power and elusiveness made Marshall Faulk one of the most exciting players in the game of football…Faulk was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011…In his 12-year NFL career, Faulk earned seven Pro Bowl invitations…He also earned First-Team All-Pro acclaim three times (1999, 2000, & 2001) and was a second-team All-Pro selection three times (1994, 1995, &1998)…Faulk posted seven 1,000-yard rushing seasons, 38 100-yard rushing games, three 200-yard rushing games and eight 100-yard receiving games in his career...He was the first player in NFL history to gain 2,000 total yards in four consecutive seasons (1998-2001)...In seven seasons with the St. Louis Rams, he set the team record for touchdowns (84) and gained 11,030 yards…Faulk retired as the NFL’s ninth-ranked rusher of all-time with 12,279 yards and 100 touchdowns…He also added 767 career receptions, which ranked 16th all-time, for 6,875 yards and 36 touchdowns…His 19,154 yards from scrimmage was sixth all-time...He also recorded eight 100-yard receiving games in his 176-game career...Faulk led the Rams offense that went on to victory in Super Bowl XXXIV over the Tennessee Titans…Faulk also led the Rams to a 14-2 record in 2001-02 and played New England in Super Bowl XXXVI…In 2001 he led all NFL running backs with a combined 2,247 yards (1,382 rushing and 765 receiving) and scored an NFL best 21 touchdowns and 128 total points, even though he missed two games due to injury…Faulk earned Offensive Player of the Year honors three consecutive years (1999-2001) and finished second in NFL MVP voting to teammate Kurt Warner in 2001…He captured MVP honors in 2000…Faulk set a new standard for total yards from scrimmage in 1999 with 2,429 yards breaking the record previously held by Barry Sanders…Drafted second overall by the Indianapolis Colts, Faulk spent his first five seasons in the league there where in his rookie year he won both the Offensive Rookie of the Year Award and the Pro Bowl’s MVP Award…A three-time consensus All-American at San Diego State, he dedicated $500,000 to his foundation to help St. Louis children’s charities and also contributed $2,000 for every touchdown he scored to the Marshall Plan, the fundraising vehicle of his foundation…Faulk currently is an analyst for the NFL Network’s NFL Total Access, Thursday Night Football, and NFL GameDay Morning.

Arian Foster

Houston Texans, All-Pro Running Back


Career Highlights: Houston Texas All-Pro running back Arian Foster was the NFL’s leading rusher last season with 1,616 yards, in only his second year in the league...Foster earned his way onto the Texans active roster from the practice squad late in his rookie season in 2009…He played six games and finished the year with 54 carries for 257 yards and three touchdowns to go with eight receptions for 93 yards…Foster had a huge breakout season last year…In the first game of the 2010 season against Indianapolis, he started at running back and ran for a franchise record 231 yards and three touchdowns on 33 carries…Foster became the first player in NFL history to run for 200+ yards and three touchdowns on opening weekend…As a result of the effort, he was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week and FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week…He finished the season with an additional seven 100+ yard games, including 180 yards in the last regular season game against Jacksonville…Against the Raiders in Week 4, he rushed for 131 yards on 16 carries including a 74-yard touchdown run (the longest run in Texans franchise history) and a 10-yard touchdown reception…After being passed in rushing yards by Jamaal Charles during the Kansas City Chiefs last game of the regular season, Foster posted another incredible performance rushing for 180 yards and two touchdowns against Jacksonville to solidify his spot as the 2010 rushing leader…He finished with 1,616 rushing yards and 604 receiving yards, breaking the record set by Priest Holmes for most yards from scrimmage ever by an undrafted player…Foster was named to his first Pro Bowl in 2011…At the University of Tennessee, Roster rushed for 2,964 yards in four years…He led the team with 507 rushing yards and a touchdown as a senior in 2008…Foster finished sixth among SEC rushing leaders with 1,193 yards as a junior in 2007 and earned second-team All-SEC honors from the Associated Press and Rivals.com…His 12 rushing touchdowns were the most by a Vol since Jay Graham had 12 in 1995…As a sophomore he rushed 91 times for 322 yards with five touchdowns…Foster earned freshman All-America accolades from Rivals.com and The Sporting News in 2005 when he ran for 879 yards and five touchdowns, including a career-high 223 yards against Vanderbilt.
