Earning and using coop funds The
earning period is the six months during which partners earn rebates and coop funds. The
usage period is the six months that immediately follow. This is when partners can submit claims for eligible activities that drive key business priorities and promote Microsoft products. Theresa day grace period for submitting claims after the usage period, otherwise the funds will be forfeited.
