Add Paragraph 5.6: Technical Orders (T.O.s) - The Contractor shall provide development of new engineering data for new or revised T.O.s under an EA. The Contractor shall accomplish all required research and source data acquisition needed to develop text and illustrations; ensure all text and illustrations are technically accurate, compatible, complete and suitable for use; correctly integrate all changes and revisions into the existing T.O. baseline and acquire necessary source data. The Contractor shall be responsible for correction of technical and production errors upon completion of Government review.
Add Paragraph 5.7: Data Reference Service - The Contractor shall obtain C-12 OEM data including aircraft drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering reports and other data as requested by the PCO to be limited to that required for engineering review or evaluation.
Add Paragraph 5.8: Modification Engineering - The Contractor shall provide engineering support for design of modifications as directed by the PCO.
Add Paragraph 5.9: Aircraft Modifications - The Contractor shall provide material to accomplish Service Actions when labor is provided IAW Section 4 of the general PWS and shall provide labor and material to accomplish Service Actions when labor is not provided IAW Section 4 of the general PWS, as directed by the PCO. The Contractor shall accomplish aircraft modifications as directed by the PCO. The Contractor shall ensure aircraft forms are annotated and FAA Form 337 signed and attached in the aircraft logbook when modifications are accomplished.
Add Paragraph 5.10: Flight Crew Training Aids - The Contractor shall support ground based training aids as requested by the PCO.
Add Paragraph 5.11: Contractor Dependent Schooling – At OCONUS sites, the Contractor shall submit a proposal when requested by the PCO for each site which necessitates Contractor dependents attend DoD schools or DoD recommended schools.
SECTION SIX Reference Paragraph 6.1: Scope – See Appendix K2 for the AF ACI requirements.
Reference Paragraph 6.5: Discrepancies – The Contractor shall submit an ACI initial inspection report that lists all discrepancies discovered during the inspection phase of ACI. The report shall include as a minimum the discrepancy, the location, category (MAJOR or MINOR), labor costs to repair, and material costs to repair.
SECTION SEVEN
Reference Paragraph 7.0: General – The Contractor shall stock 1 spare propeller at Elmendorf AFB.
Reference Paragraph 7.2.2: Contract Completion Inventories - The Contractor shall return GFP to the Government in the same condition and quantities as received. The Contractor shall submit requests to the PCO for replacement of GFP received in an unserviceable condition. The Contractor shall specify the reason for the replacement request and justification for the continued need of such property.
Reference Paragraph 7.2.5: Flyaway/Loose Equipment Kits - The Contractor shall perform an inventory of the loose equipment assigned to the aircraft (see Sections A-D, below) within 5 days after initial receipt of aircraft or any change of site. The Contractor shall maintain a current copy of the inventory results. The Contractor shall conduct an annual inventory of loose equipment and report discrepancies to the Government within 5 days after completion of inventory. The Contractor shall deliver a copy of any loose equipment inventory records upon Government request. The Contractor shall inventory loose equipment IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation 45.5.
The following equipment represents a baseline inventory of equipment associated with each Air force C-12 aircraft. (This equipment is not necessarily kept with the aircraft):
Reference Paragraph 7.3: Replacement Parts and Component Repair/Refurbishment or Overhaul- The Contractor shall administer a repair program utilizing FAA certified parts (new, repaired or refurbished). The Contractor shall ensure the safety and quality of all materials used. The Contractor shall process and transport these repairables, including engines, to and from repair. The Contractor shall process parts not yet repaired or to be scrapped IAW FAA requirements. The Contractor aircraft parts tagging system shall comply with FAA standards. No part shall be installed unless properly tagged. The Contractor shall retain tags of installed parts and shall make tags available for inspection. The Contractor shall retain records for serial numbered parts which document the origin, repair source and time/cycles since overhaul for life/cycle limited parts.
Add Paragraph 7.7: Title to Spares and Equipment - At any time, if requested by the Government, the Contractor shall sell, without profit, the usable remaining inventory to the Government at the then fair market value, including any residual value.
Add Paragraph 7.8: Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) - The Contractor shall provide all aircraft and support equipment POL items, other than aircraft fuel which will be provided by the Government, except as listed in Section 9 of this Annex.
SECTION EIGHT
Add Paragraph 8.1.5 Contractor Provided Facilities -The Contractor shall provide detailed facility information for Government approval on all leased hangars/facilities.
Add Paragraph 8.1.6 Aircraft Inventory - The Contractor shall provide direct and indirect labor, services, material, and all equipment, tools and facilities, not otherwise provided as GFP, necessary to support additional King Air series aircraft to include compensation for base loading and on-Site personnel changes as directed by the PCO.

Reference Paragraph 9.1.1.3: Safe Handling of Hazardous Materials– The Contractor shall be responsible for the storage and disposal of CAD and pyrotechnic materials required for the aircraft.
Reference Paragraph 9.1.2.5 Wing-Walkers- Applicable as required by Air Force Safety Specifications in Appendix E2.
Reference Paragraph 9.1.2.7. Installation Access-The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining proper documentation to access the sites. For Common Access Cards (CAC) the contractor shall complete the appropriate forms and provide to the PMO. The government will process the forms through the Contractor Verification System to obtain approvals. The contractor shall obtain CACs at the nearest military installation pass and identification facility.
Add Paragraph 9.1.5 Government Provided Services/Maintenance -
The Government is responsible for the following services and/or maintenance:
a. Aircraft fuel, except at ACI.
b. Engine oil, fuel for government provided SE, cleaning materials (AF bases only).
c. Support and maintenance of pilot personal protective equipment (PPE). (AF bases only) The Contractor shall perform all removal and replacement actions.
d. Maintenance and on-call sweeping of the ramp (AF bases only).
e. Toilet servicing for Distinguished Visitor (DV) and duty passenger missions (PACAF only).
Add Paragraph 9.1.6: Available Government Resources –
Life Support and Survival Equipment-The Government will perform life support and survival equipment inspections at Elmendorf AFB and Yokota AB.
Mode IV IFF-The USAF shall provide all maintenance and material support for the aircraft’s Mode IV IFF computer and keying devices. USAF shall be responsible for all costs associated with repair, replacement, and troubleshooting assistance when the Contractor determines reason for a discrepancy rests with the Mode IV computer. The Contractor shall coordinate with the USAF for support when required.
SECTION TEN
No unique AF requirements.
SECTION ELEVEN Reference Paragraph 11.1: Propeller Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul- The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a level of spares to meet mission requirements.
SECTION TWELVE
Reference Paragraph 12.3: Engine Overhaul and Replacement –The Contractor shall provide engines during periods when an engine is removed for overhaul and a GFP engine is not available. The Contractor shall re-install Government-owned engines upon completion of the maintenance action.
Note: The AF is currently in the process of upgrading the PT6A-41 engines to the RC configuration either by incorporating service bulletins or through the Pratt & Whitney Fleet Enhancement Program (FEP).
Reference Paragraph 12.3.5: Repairs – The Contractor shall provide engines when an engine is removed for repair and a GFP engine is not available. The Contractor shall re-install Government-owned engines upon completion of the maintenance action.
