Lord, dentist. A good copy or better (heck, I think it is a vg copy) with relatively minor edgewear. Lower fore corners of covers each with an old crease; 1" split at bottom where spine joins front cover archivally closed. A touch of loss to extreme head/toe of backstrip. "The writer came to Oklahoma in 1889 and also tells many humorous happenings in and around Tulsa during the early days." Desirable book & quite scarce in the 1st edition. Curiously, this title appears to have been published without a title page. The t-p in the reprint is only that of the reprint publisher, & other 1st editions I've looked at did not have a title page. This copy with the color of the cloth covers faded with exposure. Black printing of the titles & cover pictures (both front & back) are strong. Light wear otherwise.
