Phillips (and ?) Preachers..." . But there are sections such as "Texts in (?) Troy - 1842", "Albany 1844 Receipts", "Pittsfield NY 1847", etc. About 35 - 40pp are blank. A couple of pages loose; some chipping, but overall in good condition. (same as Wright, p. 62), "the Lock With Which Larry Digger Imprisoned Bat Masterson...". There are a number of farming scenes & a few businesses & homes. The author refers to Robert Wright & other early residents. Good+ condition. Very short tear repaired on edge of front cover; Two mild vertical creases to front cover; slight bend to corner of last few pages & back cover. The folded sheet comprising the two middle leaves was pulled away from the staples, but without any tearing. It can be carefully tipped at buyer's request.
