Workshop DayThe Workshop Day is a phase that is delivered as a full day of sessions to help the customer assess their identity landscape and address their most pressing identity goals and challenges. The day also provides an immersive experience that brings Microsoft’s identity vision and capabilities to life. It ends with a presentation of the key results and recommendations to come to agreement on next steps to perform after the Secure Identities and Access Workshop engagement. The Workshop Day phase includes the following activities: Customer Value Conversation – A presentation of Microsoft Identity platform capabilities through which the customer will gain a better understanding of the end-to- end value of the Microsoft Identity platform. Demo – Help customers understand how Microsoft identity solutions work, going through key scenarios that will help you land product value and key differentiators. Key results, recommendations, and next steps – Present and discuss the key results and recommendations from all activities included in the Secure Identities and Access Workshop (in the form of design decisions made and high-level deployment plans defined). Agree on the next steps that will help the customer increase their Identity Security Posture based on the Secure Identities and Access Workshop findings. The Workshop Day phase is delivered in week 4 of the Secure Identities and Access Workshop engagement. More details about the Workshop Day phase can be found in section 12 Workshop Day of this document. The objectives for the Secure Identities and Access Workshop engagement are: Discover Gain visibility into the customer’s identity security posture and application landscape related to identity. Define deployment plans and next steps Work out high-level deployment plans and next steps for Azure AD Application management, Identity Fundamentals, Self-Service Password Reset, Multifactor Authentication, Conditional Access and optionally Passwordless and Endpoint Compliance, with a focus on application identity, all other topics being there to serve that purpose.
