AND people are making trips throughout most of the day

Percent of Trips by Time of Day

Plenty of trips between 6 am and 10 pm.
73,000 low wage workers have jobs at restaurant and retail. Many of these jobs start late and end late.
CMT will have frequent service at all times of day.

Not just the morning and evening peaks.

To serve low density employment with high frequency and speed, and all day long, we need a cellular approach

CMT would be Cellular

Five Circulator Routes converge on each Transit Center.

Vans arrive every 10 minutes, each bringing 14 riders, 70+ riders arrive every ten minutes.

Express bus takes riders from home cell out to work cell.
At a work cell TC there would be 5 circulator routes that

fan out to reach employers scattered over a low density cell of 12 square miles.

Circulator routes would depart every 10 minutes.
