A Computer model predicts Circulator Vehicle Size and wait time by zip code. Based on both employment and population density, And short Circulator routes , 3 to 6 miles
Yellow zips have vans every 10 to 12 minutes

Orange zips have vans every 5 to 9 minutes

Green zip, city center would have a Bus every 10 min.
Most of routes would be run by vans during most hours of the week.
