Show Rules
This show is run in accordance with the BHS code of practice for the welfare of Horse and Pony at events, copies can be found on BHS website.
All riders and handlers must have their own third party insurance.
No claim can be made against us.
Jumping classes run under BSJA rules.
Everybody mounted must wear a hat meeting PAS015, EN1434 or ASTMF1163 standards at all times.
Correct Riding clothes must be worn.
No lungeing in the warm up ring.
All horses attending must be 4 years and over.
No horse to be left unattended by trailer/horse box.
Dogs must be kept on lead and not left in cars.
Competitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their safety.
Judges decision is final. Any objections to be made in writing with a £20 deposit to secretary tent within 30 minutes of class ending. Deposit will be returned if objection is upheld.
Entry to class may be limited at committee discretion. Committee may refuse entries without reason and may alter or cancel class.
Entries will only be accepted on an entry form and not over the phone.
Refunds will be given on production of valid vet or doctor certificate within 7 days of show.
Anyone showing abusive or aggressive behaviour towards any officials/stewards/helpers of show will be asked to leave show ground immediately.
Please try to leave the lorry park as you found it. Take all rubbish with you.
