Announcement regarding the purchase of shares by members of the Management and Supervisory Boards during the base capital increase process of Atlantic Grupa d.d. through the release of new shares In the conducted base capital increase process of Atlantic Grupa d.d. (in further text: Group) with the release of 864.305 new shares of the Group, in accordance with proportional rights to the registration of new shares from the Decision on increasing base capital through the issue of new shares with the aim of general bids, members of the board also participated in the registration and purchase of new shares: Emil Tedeschi, President of the Board, Mladen Veber, Member of the Board, Neven Vranković, Member of the Board, and Lada Tedeschi Fiorio, Member of the Supervisory Board. Over the course of the conducted registration of the increase of base capital, that is, the input of registered and purchased new shares of the Group into the database of the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. (in further text: CDCC) the above listed members of the Management and Supervisory Boards obtained the following number of shares of the Group: President of the Board Emil Tedeschi obtained 375.429 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with a total nominal value of 15.017.160,00 kuna. Up until then, he had 1.298.390 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with a total nominal value of 51.935.600,00 kuna, which amounted to 52,57% of the base capital of the Group, while after the conducted capital increase of the Group, that is, the recording of registered and purchased new shares of the Group in the CDCC, he has 1.673.819 shares of the Group with a total nominal value of 66.952.760,00 kuna, which amounts to 50,20% of the base capital of the Group. Mladen Veber, Member of the Board, obtained 714 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with a total nominal value of 28.560,00 kuna. Up until then, he had 15.153 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d. with a total nominal value of 606.120,00 kuna, which amounted to 0,61% of the base capital of the Group, and after the conducted capital increase of the Group, that is, the recording of registered and purchased new shares of the Group in the CDCC, he has 15.867 shares of the Group with a total nominal value of 634.680,00 kuna, which amounts to 0,48% of the base capital of the Group. Neven Vranković, Member of the Board, obtained 714 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with a total nominal value of 28.560,00 kuna. Up until then, he had 16.593 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d. with a total nominal value of 663.720,00 kuna, which amounted to 0,67% of the base capital of the Group, and after the conducted capital increase of the Group, that is, the recording of registered and purchased new shares of the Group in the CDCC, he has 17.307 shares of the Group with a total nominal value of 692.280,00 kuna, which amounts to 0,52% of the base capital of the Group. Lada Tedeschi Fiorio, Member of the Supervisory Board, obtained 2.143 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with a total nominal value of 85.720,00 kuna. Up until then, she had 191.013 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., with a total nominal value of 7.640.520,00 kuna, which amounted to 7,73% of the base capital of the Group, while after the conducted capital increase of the Group, that is, the recording of registered and purchased new shares of the Group in the CDCC, she has 193.156 shares of the Group, with a total nominal value of 7.726.240,00 kuna, which amounts to 5,79% of the base capital of the Group.
