Customer is responsible for reviewing tickets within 24 hours of receipt.
After that time, CSOA is not responsible for any problems concerning tickets.
By submitting order, customer agrees to this form in its entirety.
All orders will receive a confirmation call or email.
For orders placed outside a CSOA Property, a 10.00 deliver fee will be added.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Once an order has been placed and turned in no changes can be made ie: tickets being at will call, exchanges, adding on to an order, etc.
Tickets will be delivered the week of the performance.
*Ticket price is inclusive of all taxes and service fees including a $20.00 CSOA handling charge per ticket.

Cardholder authorizes Concierge Services of Atlanta to charge the above credit card the total amount of $ for the purchase and delivery of tickets. Once ticket holder has received tickets and confirmed receipt, Concierge Services of Atlanta, Inc. and all of their respective agents are released from any claims of error. While CSOA is not responsible for lost tickets, we are often able to get replacement tickets so contact your concierge immediately.
If paying by credit card, the charge will appear as Concierge Services of Atlanta on your statement. Purchaser has read and hereby agrees to all terms set forth on this order form. All sales are final – no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
