□Exports of car parts in September grew 3.5percent from the same month a year earlier to $2.19 billion, extending the gains for two straight months as the production at overseas factories increased.
- Auto parts exports grew in North America, the EU and China amid strong sales performances by Hundai Motor and Kia Motors and a rise in production at their finished car factories overseas.
- On the other hand, exports of auto parts continued to fall in Russia, Brazil and other emerging markets as the prices of raw materials remained steady and consequently held down the countries' economies.
