Solution Overview ITWorx proposes a complete end-to-end website and portals that will not only focus on providing web presence, but aims at providing a complete end-to-end solution whilst governing the interaction between Ananatara and their customers. The below diagram depicts the different components of the solution: 
Figure 1: Solution Different Components ITWorx is proposing to deliver the Banana Island website in a multi-phased approach, enabling quick delivery of the most critical functionality. This document focuses on the scope of the first two phases. The phases together with their main features are listed below: Phase OnePhase one aims at providing digital presence and the important features for Banana Island's Customer at launch. The Banana Island website targets multiple user personas. In order to focus on the different needs ITWorx has devised a structure that would be simple and clear, allowing users to reach their intended section easily and efficiently. Due to our understanding that not all site sections are as important as one another nor should they have the same focus. ITWorx has created multi-level navigation. The below wireframe depicts the different navigations available. 
The website consists of the following navigations: Header Navigation: Mainly targeting quick reach items Side Navigation: This is the main website navigation Bottom Navigation: The bottom navigation provides items that will be used less frequently by the end-user Social Navigation: The navigation will redirect to the Banana Island's social sites Footer Navigation: Is used by for specific reasons or by specific end-users Left Footer Navigation: Consists of contact information and location (Same as the top navigation but will allow access to these links when the end-user scrolls to the bottom) Right Footer Navigation: Consists of specific pages that will not usually be accessed except by specific end-users 1.1.1.1.Header NavigationThe header navigation is the second most focused on navigation (after the side navigation), it's usually accessed by users who are more frequent site visitors and provides all of its information through a mega-menu as depicted in the below diagram: 
Figure 2: Header Navigation Mega-Menu The mega-menu will consist of the following items: Contact Us: Enables the user to quickly view contact information for Banana Island Our Location: Shows three links: Map with Directions: Will redirect to a map showing the user directions from his location to Banana Island Campus Map: A map showing the Banana Island Interactive Map: Shows an interactive 3D map Select Language: Enables the user to choose the language of his choice from the following choices: English Arabic Login: Enables the user to login by typing his username and password. The login mega-menu will also enable the user to register if not previously registered to the system. Registration is done through the user's Facebook login, or by registering directly through the registration form. 1.1.1.2.Side NavigationThe side navigation is the main navigation for the website. It will be shown across all pages. The side navigation enables the users to access all the site content.
