Bud light recycle for good official rules

   ELIGIBILITY: THE BUD LIGHT RECYCLE FOR GOOD SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the state of Georgia and the US, who are at least 21 years of age as of the date the Sweepstakes begins, and reside within 75 miles of the City of Atlanta. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) of Anheuser-Busch, LLC (A-B, LLC), Atlanta Falcons Football Club, LLC (the “Falcons”), the National Football League and its Member Teams (the “NFL” or “NFL Entities”) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, and affiliated entities employees and each of their respective families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Some restrictions apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

   HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes runs from September 27, 2016 at 9:45 AM EST until December 18, 2016 at 5:00PM EST (the “Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes will include six (6) game prize entry periods (each a “Game Prize Entry Period”). All eligible entries during the Entry Period will be entered into a Grand Prize drawing. The entry dates are as follows:

  On Site: On home game days, which are the Game Prize Entry Dates listed above, bring your empty aluminum cans to each home game and drop off at recycling stations setup in the Bud Light Lot (Lot N) 465 Ivan Allen Blvd NW Atlanta, GA 30303 and the Yellow Lot 112 Northside Dr NW Atlanta, GA 30313. Drop off times shall be from three (3) hours prior to kick-off until thirty (30) minutes after kickoff. For every ten (10) empty aluminum cans, an eligible person will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, up to five (5) entries per Game Prize Entry Period. Participants will need to complete an entry form for each entry which will include Name, E-mail address, date of birth, telephone number and zip code.

   Alternate Method of Entry: To enter by mail without purchase or obligation, send a 3” x 5” postcard with the following hand-written information – name (first and last), E-mail address, date of birth, telephone number and zip code to: Bud Light Recycle for Good Sweepstakes, Georgia World Congress Center, ATTN: Atlanta Falcons/Jimmy Beck, 285 Andre Young International Blvd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. Up to five (5) Mail-in entries per Game Prize Entry Period. Mail-In Entries must be received by 5PM EST on each Game Prize Entry Date to be eligible for the respective Drawing Date.

  LIMIT 5 entries per person per Game Prize Entry Period regardless of method of entry. Entries will not roll over to the next Game Prize Drawing. All eligible entries will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing so that participants may have a total of thirty (30) entries in the Grand Prize Drawing.

  Any potential winners may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late or illegible entries, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer, tablet or phone transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes or damage to a user’s system, tablet or phone as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, will render the entrant ineligible. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should any computer virus, malfunction or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.  Attempts to enter the Sweepstakes more than allowed per these Official Rules may disqualify all entries from the entrant in the sole discretion of Sponsors.

   HOW TO WIN: On each Drawing Date, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by representatives from Sponsors from all the eligible entries received during the respective Game Prize Entry Period. Prior to the Falcons vs. Saints game on January 1, 2017, 30 minutes prior to kickoff [time subject to change due to NFL flex scheduling] all eligible participants who entered during the Entry Period may go to Falcons Landing for the Grand Prize Drawings, at which point two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by representatives from Sponsors from all the eligible entries received during the Entry Period. For the Grand Prize Drawing, the first name drawn will be for the Pro Bowl and the second name drawn will be for the Super Bowl. Need not be present to win.
   

For each drawing, the odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes will be administered by the Sponsors, the decisions of which in all matters regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding. All winners are deemed potential winners until they have completed the Winner Documents described below. The potential winners will be notified by email or phone at the Sponsors discretion. Potential winner must respond and accept within twenty-four (24) hours or an alternative winner will be selected out of the remaining eligible entries. All winners must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account associated with the entry as determined by Sponsors.

   PRIZES: A total of five (5) Game Day Prizes will be awarded and two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Game Day Prizes consist of an Atlanta Falcons / Bud Light Prize pack with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $100 each. One (1) Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Pro Bowl in Orlando, Florida on January 29, 2017 with an ARV of $300 and a gift card with the value of $1000 (subject to all terms and conditions of the gift card). The first Grand Prize will have a total ARV of $1300. One (1) Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to Super Bowl 51 in Houston, Texas on February 5, 2017 with an ARV of $1500 and a gift card with the value of $1000 (subject to all terms and conditions of the gift card). Second Grand Prize will have a total ARV of $2500. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,400
   

Transportation to/from the games and accommodations are not included (gift card may be used to cover such) and are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with any prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging accommodations, any transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All prize details are at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Winner’s guest(s) must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the end date of the Sweepstakes. The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion. All game, event, and exhibition dates and times may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsors.
