The excluded events require additional fees or are too cost prohibitive to admit presenters and exhibitors without collecting registration fees. Accepted presenters who are current Head Start employees are required to pay conference registration fees and will receive a consent form that must be signed by their Head Start or Early Head Start Director and returned to SCSHSA in order to participate as a presenter.
