Khodzhobaev Z. – member of the Kadamzhai Territorial Investment Committee, deputy of the settlement Kenesh: I support the statement made by the Territorial Investment Committee Chairman, in fact we, Kadamzhai inhabitants have a sufficient experience of work with investors, in particular with the ARIS, and I believe that the given Guidelines are acceptable for the Kadamzhai community.

Matisaev A. - Chairman of the Orozbek Territorial Investment Committee: he spoke of the Ayil Okmotu villagers’ experience of work within the RIP framework. The created communities are interested in cooperation with the ARIS and consider the given Guidelines to be acceptable for the community, therefore, we fully support them.
Bakirova T. – member of the Orozbek Territorial Investment Committee, deputy of the Ayil Kenesh: I support the statement made by the Territorial Investment Committee Chairman, in fact we, Khaidarkan inhabitants have a sufficient experience of work with the ARIS; the given Guidelines are acceptable for the Orozbek rural community.
Rajapov A. - member of the Orozbek Territorial Investment Committee, the Pulgon village headman: I as a Pulgon village elder, deal directly with all groups of population. And they are very well aware of the efforts undertaken by the ARIS Program on Poverty Reduction. We, villagers of Pulgon, have been working with micro-projects the second year which are supported by the named Program. Therefore, I fully support the given Guidelines on behalf of the village inhabitants.
Joldosh uulu N. - member of the Orozbek Territorial Investment Committee, head of the Orozbek Ayil Okmotu: he thanked on behalf of the villagers the ARIS program officers efforts of which were directed at improvement of living standards of rural population. Therefore, I fully agree and support the above speakers at the meeting. The Ayil Okmotu on its part will render ongoing support in solving problems arising in the course of the micro-projects implementation.
Members of the TIC Asatova K., Baitov K., Ysakov Sh., Usenov I. and others seconded the above speakers and considered the given Guidelines to be acceptable within the Rural Investment Project-II preparation framework.
