Eine Bibliographie

Vorbemerkung

Die hier vorgelegte Bibliographie ist ein Konglomerat verschiedener Teilbibliographien, die im Laufe meiner Arbeit an fiktionaler antiker Erzählprosa zusammengestellt wurden. Dabei handelt es sich überwiegend um Titellisten; lediglich den Teilbibliographien 9 und 10 ist ein systematischer Teil hinzugefügt. Für Petron (9) wurde die Erfassung und Aufschlüsselung möglichst vieler Arbeiten angestrebt – lediglich dieser Teil wird auch laufend durch alle greifbaren Titel ergänzt –, während zu Apuleius, Amor und Psyche nur das Allerwichtigste genannt ist (bis 2002) und hier nur wenige Titel aus den letzten Jahren verzeichnet sind; das gilt auch für die Teilbibliographien 1-8.


Aus folgenden zehn Teilbibliographien setzt sich die vorliegende Bibliographie zusammen:
1. Der antike Roman ohne Petron: Hier erscheinen alle Titel außer denjenigen, die in die nachstehenden Spezialbibliographien aufgenommen wurden (S. 3)

Was sich bei solchen Titelanhäufungen nie vermeiden läßt – denn bei Durchsicht dieser Art von „Text“ muß einfach die Konzentration nachlassen –, sind Irrtümer, Verwechslungen, Schreibfehler – all das bitte ich zu entschuldigen (und Hinweise auf solche howlers sind natürlich hochwillkommen – allerdings hat die so gut wie noch niemand jemals gegeben [regelbestätigende rühmliche Ausnahmen: die beiden professionellen Bibliographen Sven Lorenz und Werner Suerbaum], so daß das Tippen dieser Worte a f… waste of time war. Doch ja, ich wurde gelegentlich von Leuten auf das Fehlen ihrer eigenen Titel aufmerksam gemacht).
