- Verify Wi-Fi is enabled and that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on by tapping the on/off icon.

Follow the steps given below to find the MAC address of your Android mobile or Tablet :- 1. From the Android Home Screen, click the Menu Button and then go to Settings. 2. From the Settings Page, scroll down to bottom of the page. There you will find About Phone/Tablet section and open it. 3. Now select Status section on the About Phone/Tablet page. 4. You can find your device's MAC address from the Wi-Fi MAC address section. Note it down. 5. The Media Access Control (MAC) address is a unique 12-character identifier (e.g. 00:00:00:00:00:0X) for a specific piece of hardware, like the network adapter located in Wi-Fi devices Or 1. On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and go to Settings. 2. Tap About Phone. 3. Tap Status. 4. Scroll down to see your Wi-Fi MAC address. Or, 1. On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and go to Settings. 2. Tap About Phone. 3. Tap Hardware information. 4. Scroll down to see your Wi-Fi MAC address Click on the following URL https://172.21.100.240:8443/mydevices/ You will find the following message 
Login using Active directory – user name and password 
Enter the MAC address noted in the format in the Device ID Column Click submit Now use
Now use your Android device and 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Touch Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings. 3. Check Wi-Fi to turn it on. The table/Phonet scans for available Wi-Fi networks and displays the names of those it finds. 4. Login using Active directory – user name and password
Enter the MAC address noted in the format in the Device ID Column Click submit
