BlazeSports America internships offer exciting opportunities for students to get hands-on work experience in their field of study under the guidance of highly skilled professionals.
The mission of BlazeSports America is to advance the lives of youth and adults with physical disability through sport and healthy lifestyles
Intern Position: Exercise Health Science Intern, full-time

Internship Responsibilities

• 
  Assist with coaching wheelchair soccer and track and field programs
  
• 
  Assist with development and implementation sport, recreation and health education programs for youth with physical disability at BlazeSports Summer Camp
  
• 
  Develop and implement muscle conditioning and flexibility programs for athletes with disabilities
  
• 
  Participate in the coordination and implementation of special events and competitions
  
• 
  Collaboration with key BlazeSports staff and community partners from other disciplines (parks and recreation, healthcare, public health, dietetics, public policy, communications, etc.)

  Interns with BlazeSports America should be at least 18 years old and be pursuing their degree in Exercise Health Science, Sports Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Therapeutic Recreation, Adapted PE, Dietetics, Public Health or a related field.
