• there is no justice We will see that again recently, afters especially it was hard for small states to implement policies and trying to keep international norms because of issues of prestige in international system.
• But small states in foreign policy has 2 typical behaviour.
• when they are not binary they must
bandwagon with the big state • —> bandwagon with the big one secure yourself against others
• you're direct inside you will lose the war
• or you're
trying to build alliance • if there is something like a bipolarityi the international level it's easier for you to survive,because this big power is going to have an equal right
