Abstract A good work environment is known to be a key factor in employee performance and productivity. Not only will this lead to the finest possible results, but it will also aid in the professional growth of the staff members involved. Staff members are more likely to express their originality while working in a positive setting, whereas absenteeism, decreased productivity, and even the collapse of an organization are the results of a negative one. In this CLA2, we'll discuss the forces that shape businesses' ecosystems. In this article, we'll discuss both the problems and the ways to fix them. In addition, we'll discuss what students may expect to take away from this lesson. Our paper's results, ideas, and observations will be supported by a peer-reviewed publication with six reviewers. Finally, we will provide a few of the offer's recommendations to improve the business's operations.
Introduction Organizational behavior refers to the social interactions that occur among individuals and teams inside an organization. The most successful business leaders are the ones who are continually on the lookout for ways to improve productivity. This may be attained not just by increasing workers' output but also by boosting their satisfaction with their jobs. One way to do this is to learn more about the dynamics among workers, between employees and management, and among employees themselves. One way to achieve this objective is to investigate the interplay between employees, teams, and management in order to identify the characteristics that distinguish the most productive workers.
Importance of Studying Organizational Behavior: A Review One of the most important aspects of researching organizational behavior is looking at how things outside the company, including politics and culture, may have an impact on how people behave on the job. A company's success relies on the strength of its workers' interactions with one another. Organizational behavior may be utilized to increase output and performance after its underlying causes have been identified and examined. It might also be used to further the following aims with regards to the culture and functioning of businesses.
