Pest Control Proposal

For

Sherbrooke Condominium Association
Arrow Exterminators has been family owned and operated for 50 years (2014/2015 fiscal year), Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators is one of the Top Five Pest and Termite control companies in the United States.
James S. (Starkey) Thomas Sr. and his wife Imogene (Jean) founded Arrow in 1964 during Atlanta’s housing boom. The tenacious couple immediately set their sights on providing termite protection services to the new construction market, and quickly experienced a level of business growth that would lead Arrow to become the largest privately held pest and termite control company in Georgia. James (Joe) Thomas Jr., the Thomas’ oldest son, joined the company in 1972 along with his brother Barry. Under Joe’s direction, the 1980’s and 1990’s were a time of rapid growth for Arrow both internally and through the acquisitions of several pest control companies in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.
The 21st century at Arrow has been synonymous with the third generation of Thomas family leadership. Emily Thomas Kendrick (eldest daughter of Joe) followed in the family footsteps, joining the company in 1998 after graduating from Vanderbilt University. Emily has worked tirelessly, learning all aspects of the business first hand, and in 2003 was named Chief Operating Officer (COO). In 2008, she took the helm of Arrow as President and COO and in 2010 was named the company’s Chief Executive Officer and President.

Arrow Exterminators is the parent company for our family of brands which include: Nader’s Pest Raiders, Hughes Exterminators, and Stark Exterminators. The Nader’s Pest Raiders brand operates in North Florida in the greater Jacksonville area and the Ponte Verde market. The Hughes Exterminators brand operates on the West Coast of Florida and our most recent brand, Stark Exterminators, currently operates in Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina and parts of North Carolina.

Your local branch in Boca Raton Florida employs 13 state licensed pest control applicators which are supported by certified operators in the branch as well as technical trainers from the regional and corporate level. We have customized a program to accommodate the varied pests of South Florida and the unique needs of your residences and the exterior environments of your facilities.
