Microsoft Corporation Accenture/Mastech July 2014 -December 2015

Program Manager – MSCIS

Drive and Manage Projects for Microsoft Supply Chain IT Services.

Primary duties include managing multiple teams and coordinate stakeholders for various global supply chain initiatives. A key project of interest involved creation of supply chain system for the first game console and games market in Domestic China. This involved creating a Joint-venture partnership, as well as driving the technical initiative required to supply games and goods to the JV. This was one of several projects I’ve been responsible for covering project planning, resources, and driving team efforts internationally and coordinated. Generate Business Requirements, software requirements, functional requirements for project, manage and maintain backlog and iterations. UX work with designers on wireframes, creation of user stories, personas and documentation for projects. Focus was enterprise level customers using third-party purchasing and payment process systems to connect and do business with AT&T. Produce functional, technical and business requirements gathering and analysis with both internal and external stake holders. Work with the design teams to insure UX requirements updated and merged with existing user experience designs. Interact and drive development teams to completion, get functional and user experience testing and signoff and finally deployment.

This included consulting on apps for non-Windows platforms interested in the Windows (aka Metro) UX/UI design allowing them to work in a cross platform format (Windows, Android, Apple).


  • Performed UX / UI design analysis on over 150 apps presented to App Store to insure apps presented to the store met quality and UX standards for impending Windows 8 release and assure that apps available to users followed design guidance.

  • UX Design and Guidance to external developers on UI and UX issues for over 100 apps, providing direction and suggestions to migrate existing designs from Windows 7 to the new Windows 8 interface guidelines.
