Re: Mary Kellett Disbarment Proceedings
We at A Voice for Men are calling on the Maine Supreme Court to now hold Mary Kellett to the ethical standards which all prosecuting attorneys are legally required to be held under the Maine Bar Rules of Professional Conduct.
A Voice for Men urges the Maine Supreme Judicial Court to hold prosecutor Mary Kellett fully accountable for the serious misconduct the Bar Panel said “cannot be understated” and which the Bar Counsel deemed “inexcusable.”
We are calling for full admission and review of all evidence Vladek Filler has detailed and documented in his Bar Complaint and all the evidence of criminal misconduct he provided to the Bar Counsel.
We are calling for introduction of all audio recordings and testimony from witnesses to Kellett’s misconduct as cited in Filler’s complaint.
We are calling for Mary Kellett to be justly disbarred and criminally prosecuted for her substantiated criminal acts; for withholding exculpatory evidence, for instructing police officers to withhold evidence, for violating court orders and criminal rules of conduct, for knowingly misrepresenting key facts and evidence to judges and a jury, for her unconstitutional efforts to imprison an innocent man and for her attempt to advance a radical legal precedent to bar all falsely accused men in Maine from being allowed to defend themselves using evidence of their divorce and child custody disputes against false accusers.
Sufficient probable cause has been established that Mary Kellett engaged in egregious misconduct under the color of law which demands her disbarment and criminal prosecution. Anything less would sanction “inexcusable” prosecutorial crimes against citizens in Maine.
Respectfully,
