1. Charging

Before first use, fully charge the battery with the included original Micro USB cable. Plug in the Micro USB cable* (*included) into the Micro USB slot of the device. Then connect the USB port to the USB slot of your PC or a USB charging adapter** (**not included). Charging time is approx. 2 hours. While charging, the red LED lights continuously. When the device is fully charged, the red LED turns off. When the device is ON and at the same time charging, the red & blue LEDs light continuously.



2. Connection

Connect the antenna to its socket “ANT”.

Turn on the device; the LED will turn ON and change to blue colour.
3. Setting

Open your Android smart phone/pad or iphone/ipad. Go to Play store or APP Store, search and download the APP of SianoTV.

Go to the WiFi-setting at your mobile phone and connect the Meron_TechnaTV_xxxxxx. This 6 digit’s (xxxxxx) are generated automatically.

Put in the password: 12345.

Go to Setting.

Choose the country where you are located.

Scan from SianoTV application your TV channels. You will get all digital channels.

Go to Live TV to see live TV and select your channel.

Click the panel and push the red button start recording. During recording the RED icon is blinking. To stop recording you must the RED icon again.

To see the recorded video, go to “Recordings” and select “PLAY”.

ATTENTION: When you are watching TV on your mobile and a call is incoming, the TV will be paused until you finish the conversation. When you finished your call, the TV show goes on again automatically!

Go to Settings. Select the device and the Timeshift Buffer.






The Timeshift Buffer is a temporary Hard Disk storage which is activated whenever you select the Timeshift Buffer button on the display. It stores the TV program you are currently watching into a temporary storage to allow you to Pause Live TV or resume playback.

Here you can set the storage capacity from 0MB to 2GB (about 76 minutes) for the internal memory of your mobile device to save or record your sending. This recorded file can be played once you click the button PLAY to start playing Live-TV again at the play-interface. When you exit the play-interface, the Timeshift Buffer will become zero capacity.

Warnings:  Do not attempt to disassemble the device, it may result in short-circuit or even damage.  Do not drop, shake or dismantle the device, it may break internal circuit boards or mechanics.  Do not expose the device to an environment with high humidity or high temperature, extensive heat or direct sunlight, moist or underwater conditions.  Keep the device away from little children.
