REVIEWS

It was a very clean, relaxing resort. However beach and marina do not open until Memorial Day weekend. Golf was cheap and great! Units are very clean and spacious, we were in a unit with a lake view & large screened in porch.

Best attractions or restaurants nearby Atlanta only 45 minutes away - lots to do. Alot of small country towns to visit, pawn shops, antiques and quaint cafe's. People very friendly. Tin roof cafe is excellant in Villa Rica!

Best things about resort: Large 2 bedroom unit with loft, Unit was privately located with a Beautiful View of the Lake.

Best attractions or restaurants nearby Huge Mall 15 minutes away in Douglasville, GA, Massage ENVY in AUSTELL, GA, many nearby cities that you can put on your itinerary to visit..

Review: It is located about 4.8 miles of HILLS from the office in the back of a residential community. We came in after a snow storm and the check-in clerks called us while we were in route to tell us. That was nice! But we ended up having to leave early because it was headed to our home state. We didn't want to leave and YES we will return because it was one of the best resorts that we have stayed in. There are phones in the units, and we were able to use our laptop, plus cell phone. They are many places to eat. This was a GREAT VALENTINES WEEKEND that we will always remember, Thanks RESORT 0261!!!!!!

Best things about resort: Location Surroundings Units

Best attractions or restaurants nearby: The Property The Lake

Review We did an overnight at Villa Rica en route for Florida. The first thing I said to my wife after we moved in was... "Too bad we don't have a full week here!" If you are looking for a place to "get away" this is a fabulous resort. It is situated in a pleasant community setting with plenty of privacy. R&R @ Villa Rica is a guarantee for those who need it. The units are well furnished, clean, and nice! The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the decor was immaculate. The next time we are "passing-thru" we will try to do at least 3 nights at Villa Rica. An overnight does not do this place justice!

Best things about resort Vintage, yet Modern Units Overwhelmingly Fabulous Staff, Private Beach Beautiful verandah

Best attractions or restaurants nearby Most time spent in city of Atlanta (less than an hour away) Arbor Place Mall with movie theatre, restaurants and shopping is a few miles away

Review I was a little nervous entering the property. It sits a few miles off the main road; check-in is located in a little cottage outside of the security gate. Well, the guest services staff put me at ease. They were wonderful! Seeing that I was traveling alone, they made sure I was in a comfortable location. I wonder if security was asked to check on me -- I saw them and chatted all the time. Needless to say, my whole experience was fantastic.

When I entered the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, I noticed the open floor plan with carpeting & hardwood flooring. The kitchen was very nice with colorful cook and dinnerware. The functional kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. I ate breakfast many days on the screened-in verandah. The view was truly breathtaking. My master bedroom and living room looked out onto Lake Tara. To wake up every morning with a view of the lake go to bed every night looking at the stars was fabulous! I didn’t want to leave my unit. Nice décor throughout. The only downfall was that I had to drive near the check-in area to get a cell phone signal. This resort caters to a variety of travelers. I saw elderly couples, families with young children, young couples – it is just a warm, welcoming place. Highly recommended!!
