Timeframe: 20 – 104 weeks The purpose of the Epsilon Challenge is to become a mentor in the chapter, campus, and community and to learn the value of servant leadership. These purposes should serve as a guiding principle for all challenge programming. If an event will not successfully advance these purposes, then it is not worth the chapter’s time.
The following section includes three items: (1) a diagram of the overall challenge cycle, (2) descriptions of every event outlined in the diagram, and (3) the challenge tracker.
Do not forget that this development program is a living document; creativity and improvements are encouraged. However, the program should remain written to allow for the following years to buildon the program, not reinvent it.
Members in the Epsilon Challenge are expected to organize and facilitate the SigEp Involvement Fair. The SigEp Involvement Fair will take place at night and will connect brothers who are involved in the campus and community with brothers who are looking to expand their involvement. The house will be split up into different sections for different organizations and majors, and brothers can roam the halls checking out the different ways they can get involved.
