Buzgunchiev J. – The given Guidelines provides the technical guidance and procedures for assessment of potential impact of micro-projects on the environment and it stipulates for remedial measures by including them into the micro-projects with the purpose of their mitigation along with monitoring arrangements.

Konokbaev Taalai – As the impact on the environment has a diverse nature we need to categorize it in order to identify the mitigation measures and id necessary to monitor minimization actions. For this purpose the ARIS held consultations in this area, therefore, in my opinion, the Guidelines should be accepted and applied in preparation of the second phase of the Rural Investment Project.

Mukanbetov Bolot – The given Guidelines, first of all, help us as the Territorial Investment Committee members in selection process as we take in consideration factors of the environmental impact and therefore, I propose to out the issue on vote and decide on the Guidelines acceptability subject matter.
