Following persons addressed the meeting: Aitmyrzaev Jailobek: at studying the Guidelines “On the micro-project environmental impact identification, assessment and mitigation” we found it to be acceptable. Other speakers: Akmatov Mamat, head of the Territorial Investment Committee; Kackynbaev Akbarali, member of the Territorial Investment Committee; Duspaev Kochkorbai, deputy of the Ayil Kenesh, Beruev Askar expressed the opinion that the given Guidelines were acceptable for communities.

Decided: To consider the proposed Guidelines “On the micro-project environmental impact identification, assessment and mitigation” to be acceptable for application within the Rural Investment Project second phase preparatory activity framework
