| 4.2.4 Login Form
Login form is a form that always appears before security form whenever the program is needed to access. It also allows unauthorized users to login to the security form. The login form is shown in FIG. 4.1 Figure 4.1 Login Form 4.2.5 Security Form Security form is a form that always appears first whenever the program is accessed. It allows the user to enter correct password and username before login to the main menu of the program. It also allows unauthorized user to change password and or username if needed. Security form is shown in FIG. 4.2 Figure 4.2 security form 4.2.6 Main Menu Form The main menu form has three (3) menus. Student Registration menu, Exams Registrations menu, Exam report menu. The Student registration menu has two sub menus, (Register new student and student report). Exams registration menu has sub-components such as year one, year two, year three and year four and all the years has sub semesters (first semester and second semester), Add records and Save record. Exam report is where the Student’s GPA is shown. The figure below shows the main menu form. Figure 4.3 Main menu 4.2.7 The student registration form and Exams registration form The forms below shows the modification forms, these forms are used to append or modify student information record. To modify a record simply click on student registration menu bar and click on register new student, the form will appear, then fill all necessary information about the student that needs modification. Such as deletions, addition, saving, and updating, and close record. And also click on Exam registration and choose the year and semester, the form will appear, then fill all the necessary information about the students. Such as add, save and close.
