Equipment charges on an Optus Business Mobile Broadband (BMB) pricing plans
The terms set out below apply if you connect to the service on or after 15th December 2011 on an Optus Business Mobile Broadband (BMB) pricing plan and you purchase an approved device.
pay for the cost of the device by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipment term (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the service description, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipment charge each month for the length of the equipment term.
Details of and the purchase prices for the devices vary from time to time and are available from us and our participating agents.
Paragraph (iv) below refers to the mobile equipment payment plan so that the length of the equipment termwe will agree to depends upon the length of the minimum term of the pricing plan you select.
The equipment termwe will agree to is:
12 months if the agreement is a fixed length agreement with a 12 month minimum term.
24 months if the agreement is a fixed length agreement with a 24 month minimum term.
