Equipment Charges on the Optus BMB Data Plans or Optus 4G Biz Data Plans if you connect between 1 November 2012 and 3 June 2013
The terms set out below apply if you connect to the service between 1 November 2012 and 3 June 2013 on a Optus BMB Data or Optus 4G Biz Data pricing plan and you purchase an approved device, or you connect to the service with your own compatible Mobile Broadband modem or embedded device such as a computer or tablet with an inbuilt 3G or 4G dual band (2100/1800Mhz/900 MHz) modem.
pay for the cost of the device by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipmentterm (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the servicedescription, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipmentcharge each month for the length of the equipment term.
This list of approved devices and the price of those devices varies from time to time, and is available from us and our participating agents.
Paragraph (d) below refers to the mobile equipment payment plan so that the length of the equipment term we will agree to depends upon the length of the minimumterm of the pricingplan you select.
The equipment term we will agree to is 12 months if the agreement is a fixedlengthagreement with a 12 month minimumterm.

The terms set out below apply if you connect to the service between 23 November 2012 and 3 June 2013 on a Optus BMB Data or Optus 4G Biz Data pricing plan and you purchase an approved device, or you connect to the service with your own compatible Mobile Broadband modem or embedded device such as a computer or tablet with an inbuilt 3G or 4G dual band (2100/1800Mhz/900 MHz) modem.
If you purchase an approved device through Optus:
pay the entire amount for the cost of the device upfront, in which case we will bill you for the purchase price in your first bill, or
pay for the cost of the device by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipmentterm (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the servicedescription, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipmentcharge each month for the length of the equipment term.
