If the service is cancelled before Minimum Term, the Cancellation Fee will get calculated as follow: Cancellation Fee amount for the plan (stated in the table above) divided by the Minimum Term multiplied by each month remaining of your Minimum Term. The Cancellation Fees will be pro-rated for any part months remaining (so if you have 8.5 months remaining of your minimum term of 24 Months on a $45 OB Employee Tablet Plan, for which 100% Cancellation Fee is $879, then you will be charged $879/24 = $36.63 multiplied by the months remaining; $36.63 x 8.5 = $311.31).
Employees of Optus Business customers may choose to bring their own tablet device and go on the $25 BYO Optus Business 4G Employee Tablet 12 month plan. The plan details are as follows:

Equipment charges on an Optus Business 4G Employee Mobile Broadband plans
The terms set out below apply if you connect to an Optus Business 4G Mobile Broadband pricing plan and you purchase an approved device.
You choose to pay for the cost of the device by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipment term (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the service description, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipment charge each month for the length of the equipment term.
Details of and the purchase prices for the devices vary from time to time and are available from us and our participating agents.
Paragraph (d) below refers to the mobile equipment payment plan so that the length of the equipment termwe will agree to depends upon the length of the minimum term of the pricing plan you select.
The equipment term is 24 months if the agreement is a fixed length agreement with a 24 month minimum term.
The Optus Business 4G Employee Mobile Broadband Plans provide achoice of 4G devices listed below for $0 upfront over the 24 month length of the plan with:

How do we calculate data usage?
We will charge you for the volume of data uploaded and downloaded using the service.
Charges are based upon 1 kilobyte increments and are rounded to the nearest cent.
Charges for part of a 1 kilobyte increment will be rounded up to the next 1 kilobyte increment.
There are 1024 kilobytes for every 1 megabyte.
Which pricing plan applies to you?
If you have already completed your application for the service the name of yourpricing plan will be indicated on your application. If you do not know the name of your pricing planyou may call us to confirm yourpricing plan details.
The pricing plans for the service are set out in the table below.
You may select a minimum term month to month, or 12 or 24 months in your application depending on the pricingplanyou choose.
You must pay us the monthly access fee for the pricing plan you choose each month during the term of the agreement. The monthly access fee includes an amount of eligible data usage, as indicated in the table. We will bill you for monthly access fees in advance.
Eligible data usage includes Optus 3G single band or dual band networks and Optus GSM network data use. Data use when you are roaming is not included in eligible data.
Excess usage charges will apply for each extra kilobyte or gigabyte (depending on your pricing plan) of data uploaded or downloaded (or part thereof) once you have reached your monthly Data Allowance for that particular billing period. We will bill you for excess usage charges in arrears.
Any unused included data usage is forfeited at the end of each month.
What charges apply for your use of value added service features?
Appendix Y (Value Added Service Features) of the agreement describes the value added service features that are available with the Optus Digital Mobile Service. Where you use such value added service features in connection with the service, unless we specify otherwise, the charges set out in Appendix Y will apply to your use of those value added service features.
