The position of the Russian Interior Ministry GKVV

The position of the High Command of Internal Troops of the Russian Interior Ministry confirmed by Presidential Decree № 281 of 3 March 1999 in order to improve the legal framework of the Interior Ministry of Russia.


GKVV Russian Interior Ministry is part of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and is intended to control the Russian Interior Ministry troops in carrying out the tasks entrusted to them by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The High Command consists of the Command of Internal Troops, Chief of Staff of the internal troops, divisions, departments, services and other business units.
The High Command in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal constitutional laws, federal law "On the internal troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation", other federal laws, decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, the regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the Russian Federation.

Financial management of the High Command of Internal Troops of the Russian Interior Ministry

The Finance Department GUVV USSR Interior Ministry, as an independent structure, was formed July 26, 1966. January 25, 1995 Finance Department was reorganized in financial management.
