Legal control of the High Command of Internal Troops RussiaThe Legal Department of the Russian Interior Ministry GKVV is part of the High Command of Internal Troops of Russia and is intended for the organization of work on legal support of the Interior Ministry of Russia, as well as for the direct implementation of legal support, within its competence. The Legal Department provides legal guidance activities (legal) internal forces in operations management and territorial associations of internal forces, controls military units and formations, and other military formations of the internal troops, where the state provides legal (legal) entity. The Legal Department, legal department and assistant commanders (commanders, chiefs) for legal work of military units constitute a single system of legal service of internal troops. Aviation Administration is part of the Russian Interior Ministry GKVV and is intended for management of the aviation units of interior troops of Russia. Its main objectives are: - Organizing and monitoring the implementation of measures to support aviation units of internal forces in constant combat readiness; - Organizing, directing and overseeing the service and combat aviation units work of internal forces; - Collection, analysis and data evaluation of the situation, preparing proposals Chief of Internal Troops of the Russian Interior Ministry to take decisions on various aspects of aviation interior troops; - Guide the process of military training aircraft in military units, organization development and introduction of new aviation technology; - The development, improvement and implementation of new ways to use internal air forces; - Supervise the implementation of aviation military units of internal troops manuals, instructions and regulations on safety and operation of aircraft; - Organization of combat, technical, logistical and technical support services to the rear of the aircraft interior troops; - Liaising with offices, departments and services GKVV Russian Interior Ministry, the structural units of the Russian Interior Ministry, the Chief of Staff of Russian Armed Forces, Air Force and Air Defense Russian Ministry of Defense and other ministries and other federal executive bodies, on matters within the competence of the Aviation Administration. Directorate of Combat Training Command MVD RussiaDirectorate of Combat Training is an independent division of the High Command of Internal Troops of Russia and was established to organize and direct management of military training the Interior Ministry of Russia. Management is headed by Deputy Chief of Interior Ministry troops of Russia - head of combat training GKVV Russian Interior Ministry. Job control is based on a combination of unity of command in addressing issues of service and combat activity and collegiality in their discussion, the personal responsibility of each officer's performance of official duties and status in their field in supervised military training institutions, formations and units. The main objectives of management are: - Direct management of the combat training of internal forces in order to fulfill their tasks in peacetime and wartime; - Participation in the development, organization and implementation of combat readiness; - Organization and participation in the development of software and methodical and regulatory documents for combat training of internal forces; - Training officers at military educational institutions of higher education the Interior Ministry of Russia, warrant officers, soldiers, taken to military service under the contract, squad commanders and junior specialists in training military units; - Compilation and analysis of the results of combat training in the internal troops, the development and implementation of measures for its improvement; - Management of physical training and sports; - Organizing and helping the troops in the acquisition of landfill (strelbischnogo) equipment, simulators, military training and sports equipment, as well as efficient use of material and financial resources allocated to military training; - Analysis of the state, development and monitoring of interventions to prevent deaths and injuries in the course of combat training - monitor the implementation of the provisions and requirements of the regulations governing the combat training of troops; - Participation in organizing and conducting jointly with other departments of inspections formations and units and in public evaluation committees in military schools.
